The HR Partnership team believes that an employer’s wise use of human capital plays a significant role in the success of any organization. We also believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to employment practices.

The HR Partnership Community Portal is our commitment to the human resource industry. Our hope is that this peer to peer site will provide employers, human resource professionals and other persons who have an interest in the professional advancement of employment practices, a tool where we can all grow from the knowledge and experience of each other.

As human resource professionals we also believe that employers who spend time on the phone with an attorney before they make tough employment decisions is far cheaper than defense cost after a wrong decision is made. Users of this site should use the content as a basis to get ideas on how other persons handle similar situations and not as legal or tax advice. Management of any organization have the final decision in any employment matter and they should be advised that unintended consequences can occur without advise from competent legal or tax professionals.
